Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and place candidates by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews to ensure the best fit.
  • Communicate frequently with field employees to address grievances, check-ins, and follow-up on assignment changes or cancellations.
  • Coach and educate field employees on company policies, procedures, and job expectations.
  • Handle employment decisions, including status determinations and terminations, with autonomy and discretion.
  • Ensure compliance by verifying candidate credentials, conducting audits, and onboarding new hires while maintaining detailed documentation.

Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office to manage documentation, communication, and scheduling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of calls, emails, and candidate communications.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills for interacting with both clients and field employees.
  • Strong multitasking abilities to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage daily responsibilities.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, to support staffing and recruitment efforts.
