Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and place candidates by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews to ensure a strong match with organizational needs.
  • Communicate consistently with hiring managers and candidates to address questions, provide feedback, and follow up on interview processes and placement statuses.
  • Advise and educate candidates on company policies, procedures, and job expectations to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Manage employment decisions such as candidate selection and offer negotiations, handling them with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance by verifying candidate credentials, conducting background checks, and overseeing the onboarding process, while maintaining detailed records throughout the recruitment cycle.

Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage documentation, communication, and recruitment processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple recruitment projects, candidate communications, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet recruitment goals efficiently.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, to support effective recruitment strategies and talent acquisition efforts.
